Your appointment-
what to expect

Once you have scheduled your appointment with us, please follow the guidance below:
  • When you scheduled your appointment (for most visits), you were asked some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. Your answers to these questions allow us to be more informed for your visit and protect you, our other patients and staff.
  • When you arrive at the office, we are asking that you wait in your vehicle and call our office to let us know you are here. Please have all other family members wait in the car, as our waiting room will only be used for essential caregivers.
  • Please wear your face covering into the office, you may take it off once in the treatment room.  Wear it on your way out of the office as well.  Staff will be wearing masks at all times while in the office as well, face shields are used once treatment begins.
  • Upon entering, we have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use. At this time your temperature will also be taken and you will be asked the screening questions again.  Our staff is also being screened every day to ensure safety for all.  You'll also notice air purifiers throughout the office and a plexiglass/glass barrier in the reception area.
  • If you begin to experience any symptoms of or have a positive test result for COVID-19 within 2 days after your appointment, please call our office (716) 592-3810.   Help us do our part in contact tracing for the safety of our community.

Thank you for your cooperation with these new expectations.  See you soon!
